This power of attorney revokes all previous powers of attorney given, except any power of attorney for health care under ORS 127.505 to 127.660. This is a Durable Power of Attorney as provided by ORS 127.005, this power of attorney is to take effect immediately and is not terminated or affected by the principal's subsequent disability or incapacity.
Governing Law. The validity and construction of this power of attorney shall be determined under Oregon law.

After some initial general confusion -- (we sold a small piece of land privately and therefore do not typically prepare such documentation (!)) -- we were able to purchase and download all forms from Deeds.com and understand how to complete it/them. The help is all there, we just needed to read and study it - the "Example" helped alot. We were able to complete the Document per your online form(s) and then take it to be signed/notarized - and take the completed paper document to the Registry -- and it is now all registered and we are All Set. I was very pleased with the service and the product. All the extras were a nice addition to my order. With the example and instructions, I was able to fill out my correction deed correctly. I filed it and it was accepted with zero reservations by my clerk and recorder's office. The expected result (which was to remove a name from the current deed) happened almost immediately. Please change on the example for the warranty deed the portion that says Source of Title: They don't use book and pages anymore They only use recording numbers. Please show an example with that for Maricopa County AZ Plus your Notary certificates should have a blank part for if it is signed in another state.
