(Any trust deed, substitution of trustee, assignment of a beneficial interest under a trust deed, notice of assignment of a beneficial interest, notice of default, trustee's deed, reconveyance of the trust property, and any instrument by which any trust deed is subordinated or waived as to priority, if acknowledged as provided by law, is entitled to be recorded.) My county's recorder's office was closed to the public due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the recorder's office did not offer the service I needed online. I like that DEEDS.com has a variety of forms tht I may need. However, I was disappointed that I am not able to save the PDF forms after I fill in the spaces. If I need to edit anything, I have to go back to the blank form and redo the whole thing. Perhap I am doing something wrong.

Package downloaded without any problems. Help sheet was fair. Maybe they could cross reference the help number on the help sheet to the form better - somehow. Overall, I was pleased. I was able to download, fill in the blanks and do what edits I thought it needed with ease. Cost was very reasonable. I'll give it a 5.
