This power of attorney is durable pursuant to Utah Code 75-9-104 and does not terminate upon the incapacity of the principal(s) It does terminate upon a specific date, that is entered into the form. For Example: This can be used to allow 30, 60, 90 days or more for the purchase to transpire.

Your forms are great but I couldn’t use them with my computer and acrobats reader didn’t work. And then my thermal printer would only print 1/3 size pages with no way to fix it. I ordered a new color printer and we’ll see what happens.

That shrunken page is typical of thermal printers: most use narrow receipt or label paper, so a full page gets scaled down to fit, and no setting can change that. Thermal paper also fades over time, which you don't want on a document you're recording, so the new printer is the right call. When it arrives, print on plain white paper with “Actual size” selected in the print settings so the page comes out full size with its margins intact. If Acrobat Reader gives you trouble again, save the form to your computer first and open the saved file in Acrobat Reader rather than in your web browser. Still stuck? I would make just two suggestions. (1) Create and example showing multiple grantor(s) and (2) In the same example, show where and estate is conveyed to two or more people. It would help in knowing the correct format.

I purchased a Warranty Deed "package" on Friday and found that the Main download was a working document, but the secondary document (which is required) was not. In other words, I was able to use the fill-in feature on the main document, but not on the second document. I used the portal on the website to report my issue the same day. That was Friday. This is Wednesday. I have not heard a word from them and I have to use my documents in 2 days. I will probably have to resort to pen and ink for that document, but I have already tried filling it out twice and have to keep reprinting and starting over. You can't white out or cross out. I would really prefer to have the complete service that I paid for.
