I know you keep very up to date forms, as my county is hard core when it comes to the smallest of details, even compared to every other county across the state. Deeds.com did a great job in explaining exactly what I'd need to file a deed transfer (quitclaim deed). I didn't have to order the forms piecemeal, but was able to order the whole package at once for a reasonable price. Once downloaded, their fill-in-the-blank PDF was easy to use with detailed instructions for each line item. I'd definitely use them again.

You charge too much for a form. Your business model is shortsighted. I would not try to use your service again. You got $20 from me this once, but I would try very hard to not use your service again. Your model does not encourage serial or professional usage.

I was trying to register a financial statement (non real estate document). There was no link or statement on the home page to indicate that this could be done. All I had to do was to create an account, name and then upload the document. It took me over a day and several phone calls to the local deed recording office to try to figure this out. A simple link or statement to this effect would have saved me a lot of time
