Easy to use, I would recommend deeds.com. I would recommend visiting your county recorder before having document notarized. They will review document and make sure everything you need is on the deed, before having notarized.
Thank you Debbie. Have a fantastic day!

My experience could not have been better. Easy to communicate with, even though I'm largely ignorant of technical problem-solving. I may be addle-minded with 83 years on earth, but I think they actually cared about solving my problem and were sorry it was beyond their territory. Truly extra nice.
Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate it. Have a great day!

My rating is not a 5. Although it had good instructions, it would NOT print the whole document no matter how many times I inputted the names. I ended up writing it in to complete. I also recommend putting it on one page. I had to pay an additional fees per page and if I had to notarize it, why did I have to find 2 witnesses as well. I deserve a discount for the time I spent repeatedly putting the same data. I was trying to save money since Im on social security only. It didnt. Get it to work correctly
Thank you for your feedback Lynnellen. Sorry to hear of your struggle with our document. We've gone ahead and refunded your payment. Hope you have a wonderful day.

THE PROCEDURE IN GETTING THIS MECHANICS LIEN PROCESSED HAS SO FAR BEEN RELATIVELY SIMPLY - BETTER THAN HAVING TO WAIT ON MAIL OR GO IN PERSON TO GET RECORDED
We are delighted to have been of service. Thank you for the positive review!

The deed itself was easy. I did notice that although the website says that the deed would exempt the house from probate, the deed clearly states that it might not. I hope that "might " is the operative word here.
Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate it. Have a great day!

A better or more simplified explanation of what some of the more common titles would be used for would help. You list 6-8 types of Trusts alone. An example of doing a Grant Deed to move a property into, out of, or from a Trust to a Trust would have been helpful.
Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate it. Have a great day!

Deeds.com was a money saver for me. It made a daunting task of preparing a Quit Claim Deed a very simple task. I was happy that my documentation was accepted by my state and County first round. Thank you Deeds.com
