Mechanic's liens are governed under Title 10, Chapter 603 of the Maine Code. In Maine, liens that have been paid off or satisfied for any other reason should be properly discharged by filing a lien release in the country registry of deeds in the county where the lien was originally recorded. Maine does not require any specific statutory form for releasing a lien, although under common law principles of contract, the claimant is entitled to do so.
A release of lien form identifies the parties, the project's location, relevant dates and payments, and filing information about the recorded lien. Submit the signed, notarized release to the same county office where the underlying lien was filed.

I am still in the trial stage. I am an older lawyer. Any help I can get is worth it. Once you get used to the format and data fill in the deed thing is excellent. Very professional if not a little slow. I have only done three deeds in one state so I will have to see how it goes. I like the product and their attitude towards pleasing the customer. Useless for me. My deed could not be pulled. After investigation, I got a copy online directly from WV for $3. No one but editors of this will ever see this. Shame.

What a wonderful and easy task using deeds.com. I searched on line for the proper procedure to file a quit claim deed. It looked to confusing to do mysellf until I found deeds.com. With their instructions, I was able to fill out all the proper forms and file with the court in two days. Saved me at least a thousand dollars if I had an attorney do the same. Thank you. A better or more simplified explanation of what some of the more common titles would be used for would help. You list 6-8 types of Trusts alone. An example of doing a Grant Deed to move a property into, out of, or from a Trust to a Trust would have been helpful.
