Use a deed of distribution under G. L. c. 190B, 3-907 to distribute a decedent's real property to devisees under the decedent's will or to heirs when the decedent has died intestate.

Recorded in the Registry of Deeds in the county where the subject property is located, the deed brings the chain of title up to date after the decedent passes.
