This is a specific Power of Attorney form that allows an Agent of your choice the right to sell property on your behalf as defined.

(i) "This power of attorney shall not be affected by subsequent disability or incapacity of the principal" and shall be considered a "Durable Power of Attorney." (ii) shall be governed, as to its validity, terms and enforcement, by those laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts that apply to instruments negotiated, executed, delivered and performed solely within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

With the exception of other Specific Powers of Attorney which may have been granted with
regard to the sale of the subject property, this instrument does NOT revoke any other Powers of Attorney which you may have previously granted.

EZ to use program....was able to print all forms ordered. I expect to go back to to use recording ability. Instructions are easily followed...would be nice to have confirmation included but they are available to purchase. Hope for successful recording of TOD affidavit. Pretty good value...attorney quoted well over the price I paid for package.

I didn't care for it because I was having to do other things in between filling it out and all of a sudden it would not allow me back in it to make changes. Luckily I had saved it and then had to do FILL/SIGN option which looks ugly but that was the only way I could add what I needed.

Deed.com is AMAZING! I only had about 2 weeks to get my quit claim deed recorded by my county office before my refinace due date approached. The deed form is hard to fill in. There is no way to fill in the county in the "reviewed by" section. Also, there is no place for the Grantee's address on the form. I had to include it in the fill-in space for the legal description.
