This is the first time that I have used this service. An employee at the Clerk and Register office in Arizona suggested that I try Deeds.com to find the form I needed and the county office could not provide. I am a licensed Realtor in Colorado with a 43-year career and this service has not been necessary in my own state but it was extremely helpful in finding a form in Arizona. I needed a Missouri Notice of Intent to Sell without a named designated buyer. Mo Statutes require notice be notarized and filed 45 days before any closing to protect buyer from liens. You do not have that document. We are flipping a house so it must be filed. Our lawyer was on vacation. Cannot find one anywhere on net. Finally got a template from our title company.

The documents' format contained information needed to complete the necessary paperwork for filing with Georgia. However, the fields were not large enough to put the legal description in, and there was no way to enlarge the area. These were only semi-helpful in providing what I needed per Georgia's filing requirement.

This site was easy to use for access to State forms for filing in Montmorency County clerks office. Not only did I find claim form but a sample claim was available for assisting on how to complete your form correctly. Found this so very useful for us (public resident) to fill in the form as a .PDF file that prints out typed form - rather than handwritten entries. There is a fee but your access is always available on internet to this site in the future. Saved me time using this site and My filed form looks professional. You have access to several other forms if needed.
