Fee schedule effective July 1, 2026.

StatewideEach additional release or assignment in the same instrument: $1.00. Substitution of a trustee: $10.00, and powers of attorney: $25.00, for instruments of thirty pages or less, plus $3.00 for each page beyond thirty. Maps, sketches, drawings or other instruments (except plats) larger than 8 1/2 by 14 inches: two cents per square inch. Town plat or map: $11.00 for the first one hundred lots or less, plus 5¢ for each additional lot. Survey filing: $5.00 per page.

Plats/Subdivisions: $11.00 for the first 30 pages. UCC Financing Statements: $45.00 for the first 30 pages. Years in an Irrigation Redemption after 1: $1.00 per year. Copies (CD or Flash Drive): $10.00 per disc or drive. Copies (electronic) requested on recurring basis: $0.05 per image. Records Request research exceeding 2 hours: $10.00 per hour. No charge on other Government Divisions (Commissioners, Planning and Zoning, Assessors, Treasurers, Cities within Cassia County, Minidoka County, and other Idaho Counties). No charge on Military Documents, including recording Discharge Papers and issuing certified copies.
