How do I get my forms, are they emailed?
Immediately after you submit payment, the Navajo County forms you order will be available for download directly from your account. You can then download the forms to your computer. To redeem the land conveyed under an Arizona beneficiary deed, the named beneficiary must submit specific documentation to the recorder for the county where the deed was originally recorded. In general, this includes an official copy of the owner's death certificate and a copy of the recorded beneficiary deed. When a completed affidavit of death form accompanies these documents, the beneficiary formalizes the information within the context of a sworn statement.

The Quitclaim deed form was fine. Unfortunately, all I wanted to accomplish was to transfer property held in my name into my trust, but I could not any wording on the information you provided on how to accomplish this. It was not a sale, just a transfer from me to me as trustee.

Awesome site!! You guys really make it simple to understand and access any Deeds that I need. I know you keep very up to date forms, as my county is hard core when it comes to the smallest of details, even compared to every other county across the state.
