The Principal(s), owners of the property appoint a second party, attorney-in-fact to sell a specific property. In this form the principal is empowering the attorney-in-fact to do and perform any act necessary to sell and convey the real estate specified. Included is a "Special Instructions" section where the attorney-in-fact's powers can be further limited and/or defined.
This power of attorney shall become effective immediately upon the execution of same and pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated Section 34-6-101 et seq. and shall be considered a "Durable Power of Attorney."
This power of attorney is formatted for recording in the Tennessee County, where the subject property is located and terminates upon a date provided by the principal. Therefore 60, 90, 120 days, etc. can be allotted for the sale.

Easy to follow directions and instructions to properly and legally fill-in the Deed that I requested. It was also very easy and convenient. If I was going to employ an Attorney or Legal Documents Preparer, they would easily charge me between $150 to $225 a Deed! For the cost of $19.97, anyone would pursue this price! The form I needed was correct and paginated as required. It was accepted w/o penalties. I was not happy about the information which I found way too scant. One sample form does not cover enough possibilities, more would be helpful. The instruction page is a bit better but sometimes it is not clear enough - sometimes it is not clear what the numbered items in the form correspond to. There is no guidance about the process and it would take very little to provide it. Example about "description", say where to find. There is a bunch of "free forms" attached but no guide on which are needed and when. Example: at the counter I was given a paper "conveyance" form and asked to fill it - I did not know it was needed and what it did and so I had not d
