Great service! Super easy to use! I used the service to download a deed notice to do a TOD on a property in Fairfax County, VA. Just a heads up that Fairfax County required me to add the last deed book and page # onto the deed notice but otherwise all was just as they required!

Fantastic service. I purchased the form one day, had it filled out, notarized and e-filed the next day. The following day I received the recorded document back. It was really overnight service!

I used the "personal representative's deed." There were a few errors, after I went to record it at the county recorder's office. For #7, it should've stated "The estate of Joe Schmoe, hereby grants Mr. Personal Representative....." instead of, "I Mr. Personal Representative, as personal representative, hereby grant to personal representative...." The person at the recorder's office said you cannot state "you are granting property to yourself." Just fix that, and everything else is fine.

I thought this form was great and easy to complete but the instructions were unclear as to whether the grantee- beneficiaries needed to sign and notarize their signatures as well. It did not appear to be the case but it would be helpful if the instructions spelled this out better.

You think you're purchasing 1 form for $25 but you are getting several which explains the $25. My printer ran out of black ink and I couldn't change the color of the text so that it would print. I couldn't copy and paste it to Word and work on it there. I'm going to purchase ink today so that it will at least print right. I will have to retype the text in Word; not good.

The staff of DEEDS.COM is in a class of excellence all by themselves! From my own personal experience, I had multiple problems with some documents I was submitting. DEEDS.COM stayed with me and held my hand through the project until it was completed! I have never met the staff at DEEDS, but their personal service & professionalism make me feel like part of the DEEDS Family! If I ever need legal documents submitted to government agencies nationwide ever again, THE ONLY STOP ONLINE I WILL MAKE WILL BE DEEDS.COM!

The purchasing process was very slick and my credit card was charged IMMEDIATELY. The deliver went well as the link was provided immediately. However I asked a question via the "Contact Us" link and days later I get a survey but no reply. I may have been directed to the wrong forms via my County and I wanted to confirm that...but still no answer. What would that deserve as a rating???
